emacs - How to use tramp with corkscrew to access remote clusters? -
My computer network external machines (network out) ssh for a round I about the tunnel through port 22. to have stopped Sacac% P through http by employing Cockscrew ServerAliveCountMax = 30 ServerAliveInterval = 5 ProxyCommand corkscrew local-PROXYNAME: I have the following fashion
host Bahy- HOSTNAME ControlMaster auto Modify my config file in ControlPath ~/.ssh/%r@%h PROXY-PORT-NO% h% p Remote clips Now how do I use the files in the sector would be able to use Trump? Regularly the command / ssh: Username @ external-HOSTNAME fails to open the file
Update 1:.
Does not use my proxy default 8080 port, but using a different port number so
/ tunnel: PROXY-HOSTNAME PROXY-PORT -NO | ssh: USERNAME @ external HOSTNAME: ~ / gave me the following error
Tramp: using SCP ... Tramp open tunnel connection : Sending command
ControlPath=/var/folders/k5/r4f1q8j90y345rsz_9skc7y48q0jr6/T/tramp.15685eSq.%r@%h -o executive ssh: -O% p ControlMaster = auto -o ControlPersist = not -e Any tunnel 'tramp: Waiting for signals from remote shell ... failed to connect to the tray. To create a directory, use the MX Medi-directory RET REET and set its parent mark
UPDATE 2:
The only problem was that I was not entering the port - correctly not now I just
/ tunnel Used: PROXY-HOSTNAME # PROXY-PORT-NO | SSI: USERNAME @ External-HOSTNAME: ~ / And it worked.
I do not know the corkscript, so I can not answer it. However, the tramp is capable of HTTP by its own tunnel. Try opening / tunnel: LOCAL-PROXYNAME | Ssh: username @ external-HOSTNAME . The proxy command will be removed from your SSH configuration.
