python - How to do PyS60 development on OS X -

Is it possible to develop on Mac OS X? Symbian C ++ is an XCode-plugin for development, but I do not know if I can make Python-App with it for my Nokia phone. I'm just talking about a more complete SDK experience than editing files with textmate / emacs and copying them onto the device.

I suggest you add Putulles in your development environment. This allows you to easily synchronize files between phone and computer, and gives you a remote shell with more functions than the default Bluetooth shell.

"Official" Puttle's instructions are written for Windows machines, but the tools definitely work on Mac

(As a new user, I only have one link If you are looking for the original Puttle's website, then this is a simple Google search.) Good luck!) Edit: If you use PyS60 v2.x on your Symbian device So a warning: unfortunately PuTools update for PyS60 v2 Is not. : (
