Task Scheduler with Powershell Sharepoint ps1 -

  Running from: C: \ Windows \ SysWOW64 \ WindowsPowerShell \ v1.0

Try changing it

C: \ Windows \ System32 \ WindowsPowerShell \ v1.0

and see if it makes any difference.
