html - Can this be done without tables or JavaScript: 100% height wills remaining height of container -

Is it possible to create any table based layout, which allows the # bottom element to fill 100% of the remaining space? Gives the basic element without the use of javascript?

This works when using tables:

  & lt; Html & gt; & Lt; Top & gt; & Lt; Style & gt; Table {height: 100%; Width: 100%; } # Top {background color: blue; Height: 200 pixels; } #bottom {background color: red; Height: 100%; } & Lt; / Style & gt; & Lt; / Head & gt; & Lt; Body & gt; & Lt; Table & gt; & Lt; Tbody & gt; & Lt; Tr id = "top" & gt; & Lt; TD & gt; & Lt; / TD & gt; & Lt; / TR & gt; & Lt; Tr id = "down" & gt; & Lt; TD & gt; & Lt; / TD & gt; & Lt; / TR & gt; & Lt; / Tbody & gt; & Lt; / Table & gt; & Lt; / Body & gt; & Lt; / Html & gt;

  & lt; Html & gt; & Lt; Top & gt; & Lt; Style & gt; * {Padding: 0 pixels; Margin: 0 px; Body {height: 100%; } # Money {height: 100%; Width: 100%; Status: Relative; } # Top {background color: blue; Height: 200 pixels; } #bottom {background color: red; Status: Completed; Bottom: 0 pixels; Top: 200px; Left: 0 pixels; Correct: 0 pixels; } & Lt; / Style & gt; & Lt; / Head & gt; & Lt; Body & gt; & Lt; Div id = "main" & gt; & Lt; Div id = "top" & gt; & Lt; / Div & gt; & Lt; Div id = "down" & gt; & Lt; / Div & gt; & Lt; / Div & gt; & Lt; / Body & gt; & Lt; / Html & gt;

You do not really need #, I just want to keep my stuff unnecessarily.
