Using custom form in Outlook when creating a new mail message -
I want to create a custom form in Outlook 2007 and then there should be a form of the form when the user clicks on the new toolbar / Mail message. Is there a way to do that? I know how to create a custom form, but I do not know what the menu item changes.

If you are using an outlook form, Organizations can publish forms in the library and you can get the box form instead of default to use that new custom form. This is a registry change that shows it in a new form. There are tools for you to make this change.
