Programatically get/set Mac OSX default system keyboard shortcut -


I am trying to find a way to get / set default OSX system keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys) found in the program Preferences -> Keyboard & amp; Mouse -> Keyboard shortcut tab I need to be able to do this in the background, so GUI scripting is not a solution.

I can not find a plast or anything where this information may be stored.
