windows mobile 6 - How can I determine which Registry setting gets updated when the user selects "Files - Sync Settings" in ActiveSync? -

I am not sure that "guestonly" is actually a registry key by which I have a handheld file sync device and PC But it is connected.

If I open ActiveStync's "Windows Mobile Device Center", select "Mobile Device Settings", "Change Content Sync Settings" and uncheck "Files - Sync Settings" It's not changing its importance "GuestOnline" registry key in "Software \ Microsoft \ Windows CE Service"

"GuestOnly" value 0x00000000 (0) remains whether I check Or uncheck "Files - Sync Settings" ( May include'd mash F5 to refresh the display in regedit).

There is some other registry key that matches to toggle "files - sync settings", or to set this value, all my traveler is no use? A few registry keys that are being set ...

Setting up the Setup Partnership Wizard is meant to come in for newly connected Windows CE based devices. If set, the Partnership Wizard will not be there, if not set, the Partnership Wizard arrives.

This setting is not enabled / disabled for any syncing options in ActiveSync / WMDC.

If you want to use a snapshot or monitor approach, you want to find the registry setting or file changes when changing the device's sync options.
