Setting Palette on ASP.net/GDI+ Generated PNG Image -

I have just created an application in ASPN.net which gives a PNG image.

As a result the image is completely black on a transparent background. Is there a way to index the image to reduce the file size?

I can not create a new image because it is made because I am using a graphics object which will not allow it.
