java - Maven: remove a single transitive dependency -

My project contains a jar file because it is listed as an infected dependency.

However, I have not verified that I do not need this, but it causes problems because a class inside the jar files needs a square in another jar file.

How can I leave a single jar file from my transit?

You can exclude dependencies in the following way:

  & Lt; Dependency & gt; & Lt; Group & gt; Org.springframework & lt; / Group & gt; & Lt; ArtifactId & gt; Spring & lt; / ArtifactId> & Lt; Version & gt; 2.5.6 & lt; / Edition & gt; & Lt; Exclusions & gt; & Lt; Exclusion & gt; & Lt; Group & gt; Commons-Logging & lt; / Group & gt; & Lt; ArtifactId & gt; Commons-Logging & lt; / ArtifactId> & Lt; / Exclusion & gt; & Lt; / Exclusions & gt; & Lt; / Dependencies & gt;
