iPhone SDK 3.0 Targetting 2.2.1 SDK -
Just got the latest beta for the iPhone SDK This is an update for the upcoming 3.0 release of the iPhone SDK. Unfortunately, I'm not getting a bunch of errors to target the 3.0 platform. I like to know this to mark the future work, but I have to get some more things for the first time. Unfortunately, the "target" field no longer shows me 2.2.1 SDKs, and omits 3.0, resulting in numerous results of errors that I want to fix later.
Which actions should I follow to fix it? I have already tried to replace the default boss SDK in the property for the project. To install 3.0, basically remove SDK 2.2.1?
Thanks in advance.
Figure out that the error I was getting was for beta creation, so maybe it Do not have a continuous solution, but if someone else is having trouble using the latest beta of XCode + iPhone0S3 installation, then you will find that you can only select it in the overview dropdown after the 3.0 OS. Even if you were previously targeting a different active SDK, then all of them would run as fast as you would choose 3.0 targets.
The only way to fix this problem is to delete all the user-specific project files and before reopening the project, make sure that the base SDK is 2.2.1 and so on.
To target the previous SDK, it is very easy to download 2 GB stable xcode.
Hope this will help someone.
