mysql - SQL join on different versions of table -


I have a number of suppliers of data, which I call A, B, & amp; C. There is a database that is updated monthly B & C (My application actually receives more than 2 other data suppliers, and more than 100) Refer to a table in A and tell which month they are using. A can record, add or remove for each monthly release. Most records from A will remain on that I currently use multiple databases, and I specify the database to use in each join.

What is a good way to store data from A, so that B & Will C data work together efficiently? Is Solution to NoSQL or ORDBMS to solve this problem?
