x11 - New applications open in wrong x screen in Ubuntu -

I have a dual monitor setup and each has its X-screen Ubuntu 9.04. Whenever I open an app in screen 1 (using any menu, for example, app, location, etc.), screen 1 opens instead of screen 1.

So to get an app to open in screen 1, I typed the hit - and the name of the program. It always works but is totally upset and not incompetent. How can I create it so that new applications will automatically load on the screen, in which I am working? Thanks!

(Release Notes for 9.04 said that there was a better dual monitor support, so I was hoping that this problem would have been solved but it is not.)

Try asking - this programming is not related and really is not here.
