logging - What's the best way to examine apache's access.log files? -


What tools would you not recommend relatively straight forward (some fancy) charts based on Apache's access.log files? Ideally I have something that was running on the server and it had access to the directory and understood that files were .1, 2., 3.3 and they knew how to parse them (and there was a web front end is). I'm assuming that there are many solutions, I'm not actually searching anybody via Google ... any advice?

Or maybe you advise to skip the .log files altogether and use only some other solutions to use the matrix?

Produces good graphs for different numbers.
