sql - Query Process Order -

I have a data set in SQL Server that I have created, but the Event ID allows me to get a true or incorrect The requirement was based on the steps listed in the column of phase in trigger sequence. The data below shows that the steps were done in order, so I wanted to ask the event ID and the stated value was not ordered in order. The picture of the data can be found at the following link.

Thank you in advance for your help

First: Why is the date and time in different columns? It does not seem to understand here and makes data access complicated (you should add two to compare time with others).

However, this task is not easy: is there a record for which there is a first record with a high level number?

  Select the case when it is present (where it exists, where is present in this_step) (where pre-events from * select, where cast (as before time) Dataset), + cast (in the form of the earlier datetime);  this_step. Step)) then ends in 'error' and 'OKAY' status;
