Python - Script for payment degree -

I have a set of costumers, which should pay the monthly amount. But in reality, some customers pay zero or only one part of that amount every month. How can I calculate my payment degree for one year using a python? And the best way to describe the percentage of payments is percent, and what is the "payment degree" to use the right words?

Example:

  Customer should pay 275 to pay for each month = [Mass: 200, FABBi: 0, March: 150, April: 275, May : 275, June 20, July 275, Egg: 186, SEP: 0, Oct. 20, New: 275, DC: 200]
"June": 150, "ARR": 275, "May": 275, "June", "June", "poster" : 20, "Joule": 275, "Augh": 186, "SEP": 0, "Act": 20, "Nova": 275, "DCC": 200} monthly = 275 payment = amount (payment. )) Should_be = Monthly * lane (payment) pct = (paid / should_b) * 100.0 print ("Customer's paid {: 0.1f}% of your bill". Results in

  56.8% of your bill paid
